Life can be hard, and sometimes the challenges we face can feel overwhelming, exhausting, or even impossible to overcome—especially when we are right in the middle of the storm. Feelings of anxiety, sadness, fear, anger, fatigue, and isolation can make it difficult to know where to begin.
I have always had a heart for women who are navigating hard seasons, transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, identity, self-worth, and the everyday weight of trying to hold everything together. Through my own life experiences, education, and clinical work, I have learned that healing was never meant to be done alone.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy, I bring a trauma-informed, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach to my work. My heart is to create a peaceful and safe space where women can feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered to heal.
One of my greatest joys is watching women have that “light bulb” moment—when they begin to realize they are stronger than they thought, capable of overcoming hard things, and worthy of the life, healing, peace, and joy they desire.
